Job Description upon Joining: We are developing user-centered, cutting-edge web applications that manage global supply chains, streamline manufacturing workflows, and provide real-time analytics for small businesses. We believe excellent product experiences require excellent design, and we are looking for a talented product designer to join our growing team. ・Work with the team on end-to-end design processes for new features and improvements to web applications ・Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to shape product roadmaps and user experiences ・Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design ・Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design specifications using Figma ・Focus on user experience, ensuring seamless and accessible experiences across all touchpoints ・Maintain and contribute to consistent design systems and style guides ※Job content may change in the future. [Required Skills/Qualifications] Japanese: Conversational level English: Business level ・3+ years of experience as a product designer or UX/UI designer (preferably with SaaS or web app experience) ・Proficiency in Figma and collaborative design tools ・Experience conducting and facilitating design sprints ・Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written), able to explain design intentions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders ・Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered thinking, interaction design, and visual design ・Ability to balance user needs and business goals in a fast-paced, iterative environment [Preferred Skills/Qualifications] ・Experience working with agile product teams or developers ・Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) ・Knowledge of responsive design best practices ・Experience making design decisions based on analytics and user behavior data ・Experience designing for international users and B2B platforms
