[Job Description] We are looking for a PM/PdM to lead the forefront of AI technology. Responsibilities include researching and selecting AI technologies, planning the implementation of selected technologies into products, and driving implementation in close collaboration with development teams. You will also be responsible for sharing the latest AI knowledge internally and reflecting technological evolution in business. [Specific Duties] As our AI Promotion PM/PdM, you will be responsible for researching and selecting AI technologies, and formulating plans to implement selected technologies into products. You will also work closely with development teams to drive implementation, while keeping up with the latest AI trends and sharing them internally. ・Research and selection of AI technologies ・Formulating implementation plans for selected technologies into products ・Driving implementation in collaboration with development teams ・Keeping up with the latest AI trends and sharing them internally ※Job duties may change in the future. [Required Skills & Qualifications] Japanese: Business level English: Not required ・Practical experience in AI technology selection and implementation (approximately 3 years) ・Knowledge of machine learning and deep learning ・Understanding of Transformer, GPT, BERT, etc. ・Experience using programming languages such as Python, R ・Experience managing AI projects [Preferred Skills & Qualifications] ・Experience using cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) ・Experience proposing AI solutions to solve business challenges ・Relevant degree (Master's, Doctorate)
