Job Description

You will work as an English conversation instructor at nursery schools operated by our company in Okayama and Hiroshima prefectures. Desired Candidates: ・Those with experience as an English conversation instructor ・Those who love children ・Those who are cheerful and can communicate well ※ Notice regarding legally required disclosure of scope of job duties: The scope of duties may change in the future. Details will be provided at the time of interview. [Required Skills / Qualifications] Japanese: Conversational level English: No specific requirement Ordinary driver's license (AT vehicles acceptable) [Preferred Skills / Qualifications] Days Off / Leave: Two days off per week Sundays, public holidays, and others ※ Saturday work may be required (based on company calendar) 113 days off per year Paid leave (granted after 6 months): 10 days Year-end/New Year holidays (Dec 30 – Jan 3) Summer holidays (Aug 13 – Aug 15)

Japanese Language Proficiency

Conversational Japanese (approximately N3–N4 level)
